FAQ - Massage Appointments
-
📅 How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online through my scheduling system, Acuity. You will see real-time availability and can choose a session that works best for you.
-
⏰ How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to settle in, use the restroom, and complete any needed paperwork without cutting into your massage time.
-
📝 Do I need to fill anything out before my session?
Yes - when you arrive for your first appointment you will be asked to complete a brief intake form.
-
👕 What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes. You’ll undress to your comfort level - most clients undress fully or leave on undergarments. You’ll always be properly draped and your privacy respected at all times.
-
🧾 What is your cancellation policy?
See our cancellation policy here.
-
💳 What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards online, and Venmo or cash in person. Payment is due at the time of service.
-
🦠 What are your COVID/illness policies?
Please reschedule if you’re experiencing cold, flu, or COVID symptoms - even if it’s “just allergies.” I follow strict sanitation protocols and air filtration is in place to keep us both safe.
-
🏷️ Do you offer packages, discounts, or gift certificates?
Not at this time. We are keeping things simple - just high-quality, one-at-a-time sessions booked when you need them. If that ever changes, we’ll shout it from the rooftops (and put it on the website).
-
🤕 Can you help with injuries or chronic pain?
Absolutely. My background includes therapeutic massage, myofascial release, and clinical assessment. Whether you're managing chronic pain, rehabbing an injury, or need maintenance work, we’ll tailor the session to your goals.
-
⏳ How long is a typical session?
We offer 60 and 90-minute sessions.
-
🐾 Wait… do you have dogs?
Yep - There are two Boston Terriers live on location. They’re not in the treatment space during sessions, but if you have severe pet allergies or are sensitive to pet dander, we might not be the best fit for you. No hard feelings - your comfort matters.
