Course Description:This 8-hour intermediate-level course explores an evidence-informed, reason-based approach to working with clients experiencing migraines and chronic headaches. Participants will learn to differentiate primary headache types, identify common musculoskeletal contributors, and design treatment strategies rooted in myofascial release, targeted stretching, and muscle stripping. Through lecture, demonstration, and hands-on practice, therapists will refine their clinical reasoning, improve sequencing logic, and develop adaptable protocols for diverse client presentations.

Emphasis is placed on understanding migraine pathophysiology, cervical and cranial fascial interconnections, and the role of stress, posture, and neural tension. Participants will leave with practical assessment tools, communication strategies for sensitive clients, and a structured hands-on framework they can integrate immediately into practice.
