Course Description: This introductory course lays the foundation for effective, intuitive myofascial work, drawing from the Heller lineage and rooted in the science of fascia. Through a blend of theory and hands-on practice, participants will explore fascial anatomy, listening skills, and the essential principles of sustained contact, direction, and intention. The second half of the course is dedicated to upper body techniques—including the neck, shoulders, arms, and thorax—with a strong emphasis on therapist body mechanics, presence, and pacing. Perfect for those new to myofascial work or looking to refine and formalize their existing skills.
